Mother diagnosed with breast cancer during pregnancy had double mastectomy 30 minutes after giving birth - in the same operating theatre

Sarah Williams, 40, from North Wales, was diagnosed with breast cancer when she was 20 weeks pregnant with her son, Joshua. Half-an-hour after his birth she had both breasts removed in the same operating theatre.
