Wales moves to ban people smoking e-cigarettes indoors because Welsh government claim they 'normalise smoking'

Welsh health ministers say the proposal - set out in a new White Paper - was inspired by a growing concern that the devices normalise smoking and are encouraging a new generation to take up the habit.
