There is no question that battling cancer is a full blown war - however the great news I implore everyone to remember it is a battle we keep winning more and more. Unfortunately as with everything in life its the bad news that travels fast. However, we truly have a majority of not just good but great stories with being declared cancer free. But of course the very best cure is prevention. Second to that is early detection. And if there is a diagnosis of cancer, we need to be able to deal with the physical effects, and as always - the best way is exercise to the rescue.
