A recent health study confirms "when" you eat is just as important as "what" and "how" you eat it. The study based upon the eating habits prevalent in adolescents and adults indicates that the time at which you consume food also plays an important part in determining the health of an individual. A questionnaire recording what people eat, and at what time, revealed some simple but startling facts amongst subjects who skipped breakfast for an extended period.
